International neutrino experiment hands CSU the remote

The CSU NOvA group led by Prof. Norm Buchanan has constructed a remote operations center (ROC) at CSU allowing NOvA remote shifts to be taken. A story in the CSU source talks about the CSU ROC.

NOvA and T2K latest results highlighted.

NOvA First Appearance Measurement Published

The first electron neutrino appearance measurement made by the NOvA collaboration has been published. The analysis is based on the observation of 6 events detected in the NOvA far detector given an exposure of 2.74E20 protons on target. The analysis disfavors 0.1pi < delta_CP < 0.5pi in the inverted mass hierarchy at a 90% C.L. …

NOvA Muon Neutrino Disappearance Paper published


NOvA’s first disappearance paper has been published. The paper reports on the first measurement of muon neutrino disappearance made by the NOvA collaboration. The complete reference is: P.
